SOC Open Golf Classic

Complete this donation form if you are not able to play a round but would still like to support the Open Golf Classic. If you played a round as an individual or in a group of 2, 3, or 4 people, please complete the respective Individual or Group Donation Form.

Every donor will be eligible for a variety of Prizes at their corresponding donation level, but as a non-golfer, you will not be eligible for any golf score or on course challenge prizes.
